1. Licence
Compress Video to Size is licensed to you through the Mac App Store (under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) or the Microsoft Store (under the Microsoft Store terms), together with these terms.
2. Your responsibility
Keep the originals of videos you care about; results are new files and the App never changes the original.
3. Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your store account. Refunds are handled by the store.
4. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Richard Pham is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
